Glamourous & Gorgeous : A Memoriable Party in the heart of a vibrant city

I was really glad to be able to join another 2 really professional photographers in the shooting of this sweet and well-organized event, held in a central location in Hong Kong.

Early in the morning (not much sleep the previous night as I was so excited), I joined with Anthony (http://together.hk/) to arrive in Langham hotel, in getting some preparation shoots. The banquet was held in the same hotel, in a function room that can oversee the wonderful cityscape of vibrant Hong Kong.

Location : Langham hotel, MongKok, Hong Kong

Somehow, this is my favorite of the album. The busy action of make up artists and photographer gives it a "Hollywood" behind the scenes glamour that I particularly love

I love using flowers for hair-styling. so elegant.

Innocent and sweet~!

Lovely gifts of guests also doubling as a fantastic table centre piece!

Glamourous location. Gorgeous bride

Congratulations and thank you for letting me be part of the event!!

The Barbie and Ken of Sydney (What a perfect pair!)

Just back from a beautiful trip to Sydney. On the banquet, the BridesMaid say that they are the Barbie and Ken of Sydney. I think it is so true~ As they are both so stylish and beautiful. A made to be pair! (Let's not go into the newest gossips of how Barbie seems to now be going out with someone else for the moment, as the names of Barbie and Ken are still linked together~ at least for oldies like me!)

Ceremony Location : Arthur McElhone Reserve, Elizabeth Bay, Sydney
(One of my favourite locations in Sydney!)
2 grass rabbits - the symbols of their wedding

Guest's seats in a lovely sunny day
Beautiful corsages from a local florist and of cos~ the beautiful bride with her father!

Tea Ceremony Location : RoseBay & Central, Sydney

My favourite shot from the album
Getting ready for the tea ceremony and ceremony in action

Banquet Location : Doltone House, Pyrmont, Sydney
(Heard it is an up-market location~~)

Their first dance~ I love how the left hand shot includes the brides' family on 2nd level
Groom and Bride - Husband and Wife
Consistent colour theme! Guess what, the bride is a designer!

She is ready to throw the bouquet and pass on her luck!
On the dance floor~~~ Enjoying this wonderful event!
And there they are~ Husband and Wife

My first Toy Story Birthday

Being Mums and Dads in the 21st Century is no easy task. Who can imagine 1st baby parties can be so fun and planned out (as if it is like a Wedding on its own), with not just a theme, but activities, a theme-related birthday cake, as well as party gifts for the other kids to bring home at the tail end of party. My~ I think I need to start saving money (and party ideas) for my future son / daughter's 1st birthday!

Location : Little Gym, TST, Hong Kong
Project Manager / Party Planner / Playmate / Care-taker & Parent : Mum!

A new Chapter in Life

I searched around my archived disks and found these shoots shooten sometime ago in Sydney.

Location : A Church in Sydney (sori, forgotten which exact one)

A beautiful church in Sydney. Some say the low light and high iso creates too much noise,
but it is this grainy texture that I like

I sneaked and hide, as if don't want to disturb this glorious moment in time

One signature away, and a new chapter in life begins

Rushed out of the church, looking forward to the celebration of this wonderful section in life

And here they are, knots tied. Now - Husband and Wife.
